Waste Clearance Services
Our hazardous waste and fly-tipping clearance teams are licensed by the Environment Agency to remove hazardous or fly-tipped waste, including the removal of sharps and hazardous waste, from both domestic and commercial sites or properties.
Private landowners and local authorities alike understand just how difficult it is to clear fly-tipped waste and, with the number of incidents continuing to rise year on year, they invariably find themselves fighting a constant battle against cases of illegally dumped waste. Fly-tipped waste is dangerous as its content is completely unknown, frequently containing harmful and illegal substances. Often the risk of fire is extremely high and fly-tipped waste is guaranteed to be a magnet for vermin, presenting a further serious health risk. Large volumes of uncleared, fly-tipped waste attracts more fly-tippers too so, understandably, there is a need for it to be removed as quickly as possible.
In most cases illegally dumped waste contains hazardous materials such as asbestos which needs specialist handling. Licensed by the Environment Agency, and with many years experience, our trained operatives will clear fly-tipped or unwanted waste from household sites to commercial properties, and open spaces to private land.

Sharps waste includes any device or object which can inflict a penetrating injury, and which may have been in contact with blood or other bodily fluids. Often the most dangerous items are drug-related paraphernalia such as needles, glass pipes, metal/foil and tubes etc. These items are classified as bio-hazardous waste and must be carefully handled from collection to disposal.
Sharps waste is commonly found in controlled environments such as hospitals, clinical environments and laboratories, but poses a threat to public health and safety when the right disposal procedures are not in place.
Our sharps waste removal service can be used in conjunction with our vacant property services, including bio-hazardous waste removal, to decontaminate the area and make it safe for use again. Our service can be used in the event of an emergency, at short notice or as part of a scheduled collection.
